We were searching for a new small SUV or cross-over for my wife for about 2 months. We meant to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles and my wife decided that her favorite option was the GLA 250 4-Ma my wife for about 2 months. We then went to multiple dealerships in the area to discuss the car but were told that the ordering timeframe would be 12-months or more and that we would have to pay significantly over sticker price if we wanted on the order “list.” We were about to go with the BMW instead when a friend recommended that I drive a little further to Alpharetta and work with Bill Favini at RBM Alpharetta. My wife and I were thrilled with the experience that Bill provided from beginning to end. First, Bill allowed us to test drive the car (something that a few other dealerships refused to do, they were purchase to drive only) and then worked with us to order the car spec-ed exactly how my wife wanted it. Bill kept in contact with us throughout the entire process, letting us know when the order was accepted by Mercedes, when the car was shipped, when the car arrived at port and immediately when the car had arrived and was ready for pick-up.
