I went in for service to my older model Mercedes and figured I’d test drive a car since I had some spare time. From the very moment Mark introduced himself, he had me hooked! He was amazing! He listened to my wants and my needs, and truly prioritized them and used it to help me find the perfect vehicle. When I went into the dealership I had no intention of buying a new car. Mark wasn’t pushy or self serving. He felt like a friend. I walked out of the dealership with a new car because in conversing with him I felt as if he was there to assist me in not purchasing a car, but in making the right decision for myself and my family, whatever it may be. Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta helped me with the most expensive impulse buy I’ve ever made! In the current market, buying a new car is almost impossible, but the Certified Pre-Owned market had exactly wh expensive impulse buy I’ve ever made! In the current market, buying a new car is almost impossible, but the Certified Pre-Owned market had exactly what I wanted with low miles. I emailed the dealership through their website and Kyle called within 10 minutes. He went over all the specs on the car, pointed me in the direction of the finance application, and messaged me quickly with the pre-approval. He had actual numbers for me within the hour and an appointment made for me to pick the car up the next day. I cannot say enough about how courteous and professional everyone at RBM Alpharetta was. They made this purchase easy from start to finish! Highly recommend visiting their beautiful dealership for your next vehicle! More
