Wow, what a great experience. As soon as I walked in a was greeted and referred to a sales advisor. Mark Higgs made me feel like I was the most important person in the showroom. He listened to what I was looking for and asked me questions to help me define my search. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I can’t overlook his patience and humor. From finding the right vehicle, thru test drive, Getting me the best amount for my trade and through all the paperwork,, Mark made it a pleasant experience. Same to be said for General Manager, Alan Sable.they really do value your business and the demonstrate throughout the entire process. Meghan the tech expert was extremely helpful and oh so patient. thank you. Lisa in finance even made the money and finance process painless. I’ve purchased many cars over many years and experiences have varied from nightmares to ease. RBM is right on top of the list in all categories in the buying process and I would imagine the same holds true for service. RBM and the team is 5 star!
