If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, RMB of Alpharetta is the place to go. My experience there was phenomenal. From being greeted when I first entered the facility to completing the transaction and drivin is the place to go. My experience there was phenomenal. She treated us with respect and took us serious. I had been to other metro Atlanta Mercedes dealerships and none of them took me serious. I told Gwen exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. Exceptional service from start to finish! Dan was a pleasure to work. He was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the different models in the Mercedes Benz fleet. I went in for a test drive of the GLE and was in touch with Dan until I returned to purchase my vehicle a couple of weeks later. Dan followed up with me and has great follow through with any requests and questions I had. Top notch! Everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was friendly, welcoming and nice. Beautiful showroom!
