I just purchased my second car from RBM of Alpharetta. This was the first time I had the opportunity to work with John Sauer. About a month ago, John was proactive in reaching out to me regarding a potential "trade up". I told him what I might be interested in and he began researching. He did a wonderful job of "staying visible" to me but not too aggressive. John found the car that met my desires and I purchased it today. I found John to be prompt, accurate and and accommodating. He communicated very well throughout the process. RBM and John had all the paperwork ready upon my arrival and it was a quick but thorough check out process.
