The worst, most unprofessional conduct by a General Manager, Clint Boom! It starts with getting charged an extra $500 beyond the first payment down that I was told is due at signing and when Jason the Manager, Clint Boom! It starts with getting charged an extra $500 beyond the first payment down that I was told is due at signing and when Jason the Finance Manager (also very unprofessional) informs me of this he says, "not much you can do about it now, huh?" I had to complain to previously mentioned GM to get my $500 back but then this resulted in getting an R/O (bill) ONE MONTH later for mudflaps that were agreed upon to be included in the deal, were installed before picking up the vehicle and signing papers, and wasn't mentioned as anything due on my part on the "due bill". The R/O clearly shows that it was closed on 12/21/22 and listed as internal as it should be. But after I complained, the R/O was reopened (verified by my sister who works at this dealership), INTERNAL was whitened out, then my name and address was written below it... I complain to the above GM via text, and shortly after, I get a very snarky and less than professional phone call from Clint Boom, who says numerous times, "What are you blaming me for!?" I calmly mentioned to him that I assume that with him being the GM that he should know what's going on in his dealership and should know of an R/O being opened back after being closed and sent to a customer, expecting them to pay. Clint Boom, again in a starky manner, says, "You would assume." Then he abruptly hangs up on me, to which I tried calling him back, and he sends me directly to voicemail. My wife, who was sitting next to me, heard the whole contain conversation or lack thereof. I've been treated much better by other dealers as there are plenty around, and you won't get my business any longer when treating customers like that. More

I have bought a new vehicle and now a used one. Very happy with the new one. Very disappointed in the used vehicle. The extra cost it is taking me to make everything work is VERY disappointing. I have learned not to trust even a dealership. I took to much for granted since I was satisfied the first time. Wont' happen again. More
