However when I walked into the Lacy Ford Lincoln Subaru dealership I was immediately disarmed by a number of staff who acknowledged my presence with a warm greeting and openness to be of service. It was evident that LFLS employees were professional and well trained to meet the needs of their customers. I was introduced to a knowledgeable salesman ( Chris Slonina), who took the time to listen to my needs, concerns, limitations and what would work best for me. Chris was then able to assist me in exploring various car makes and models that would best meet my needs. I was very excited to select the Lincoln MKX but thought "oh no", I have to deal with the finance guy. Here we go..... However I was introduced to Robert Ciglia who prepared my financing. What an awesome, friendly approachable gentleman who immediately put me at ease. He explained all the specifics of financing, warranties and how LFLS could be of assistance in the future. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable while test driving the cars or in general discussion about financing. I have purchased three cars in the past at other dealerships who profess to "go out of their way to please you" or "Being the Best", but LFLS has absolutely been the most positive experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would recommend LFLS to anyone interested in having a stress free car purchase. Yes I mean stress free. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you Chris, thank you Robert, and thank you Lacy Ford Lincoln Subaru!!!! More

I went promising myself that I wouldn't get my hopes up because of my current car situation. After sitting down with Chris I realized that they were really going to try and help me. I thought I was going to be told too bad so sad and sent on my way. For 7 days straight Chris and Bob worked on getting me into a car that I would love and worked miracles for me. I can not say how grateful I am to them for not giving up and exactly 7 days after my first visit I drove away with a BEAUTIFUL vehicle that I am so in love with. I have never met such friendly and honest people at any dealership I have ever been to. Hands down the best !!! I plan on returning when it is time for a new car and sending everyone I know looking for a car to them. More

I was greeted by a salesman who offered his assistance and was very interested in what I wanted in a vehicle, not what he wanted to sell me. Robbie's indvidiualized attention was very reassuring, he stayed focused on the task at hand, he was not distracted and was not on his cell phone (a huge plus for me), He exhibited a level of confidence far beyond his years but was able to back it up with action. After an informative converstation about various makes and models of trucks and what my needs and expectations were in a truck, Robbie emphasized that he would find the right truck for me, and he was able to deliver. I bought a Ford F150 Lariat (used), it is in excellent condition inside and out, with a luxurious interior and a smooth ride. My partner was most interested in form and comfort and I with the function of the vehicle, the Lariat was the perfect compromise. Additionally, I was assisted by John Luvera, he sat with me and described the extended warranty options in detail, emphasizing the pros and cons of each option. I chose the warranty that I was most comfortable with and I feel confident that I made the right choice. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend R. C. Doing it Right I first came to RC Lacy to get my 2011 Subaru WRX serviced. It was not tuned right and had not been right since it had its 60k service, ( from another I first came to RC Lacy to get my 2011 Subaru WRX serviced. It was not tuned right and had not been right since it had its 60k service, ( from another dealership). I brought my car back six times to this former dealership and it was insisted that nothing was wrong. After a blown turbo, replaced by Subaru of America, it still was not right. I brought it in again with the same response. I decided to now bring my car to Lacy where the service team patiently diagnosed the problem, ( software update and tuning the new turbo). I was elated and the car was finally back to what it had been some nine months prior, thanks especially to Matt and Luke. I decided to inquire about the new WRX and was delighted to see that the sales team was as personable as the service team. The whole sales team was involved with the purchase of my new WRX. Robbie Thorpe, Kristen, and Jen were all very personable and helpful. Robbie was very easy to get in contact with questions I had regarding the car and is just a great guy who will do what he can to be helpful. Bobby in finance was able to get me a good interest rate so I was comfortable enough to buy a warranty. RC Lacy may not be the biggest dealership for subies in the area but there customer service, and their techs in the shop are the best that I have ever experienced. More
