When we walked in the dealership door Bret gr My wife and I purchased a new 2015 Subaru Outback today from Lacy Subaru, and it was a great experience. When we walked in the dealership door Bret greeted us, and we asked to see an Outback we had seen online. He quickly took us to the car, and walked us through it's features. We test drove it, and loved it. We needed a good deal on our trade-in (an older Outback) and Brett offered us what we needed to make the deal. Once I explained how we wanted to finance the car, and what we needed from our trade-in Bret made an excellent offer. We discussed it, made one adjustment, and moved ahead with the purchase. I can honestly say it was the best new car purchase experience I've ever had, and I'm 62 and have purchased a few cars. Bret was super efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair throughout the entire transaction. He even made the entire deal happen immediately since we had a vacation scheduled for the next day. Mr. Slonina was helpful and patient, never put any pressure on us or tried to direct us in any particular direction. He answered our questions briefly and to the point. It took less than 4 hours in 2 visits to arrive at a decision and close a deal (this is my first Subaru). I never had any reason to doubt anybody's words at the dealership. The dealership head (John ...) was also very pleasant and cooperative. More

I asked for the used Forrester that I was purchasing to be ready sooner, than the agreed on pick up time. They were able to meet my request, which worked out great for me. Vehicle was prepped to perfection and about 3/4 of a tank of gas, can't complain it was used, so I was not expecting a full tank of gas. I have to say, I am impressed with the dealerships customer service and I know, if I am to buy another vehicle, I will be stopping by to Lacy.
