I hadn't intended to purchase a vehicle that night, but I felt so comfortable that I was being provided with all the information and receiving a fair price, that I went ahead and signed the papers that night. After sleeping on it, I didn't regret it a bit - I still feel like a got a great deal without any of the usual car dealer hassle. More

Jerry took the time to discuss my budget and needs and recommended a few options. He was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. I had initially wanted to buy the Kia Sportage but found it too constricting. Instead, I looked at the Kia Sorento which I immediately loved. Jerry took the time to walk me through all the features and the differences between the different models. With his suggestions, I picked the model that suited me best. Jerry walked me through the various finance options. The details of the transaction worked out very quickly and we settled on a number that I was very happy with. In less than 24 hours I expect to pick up my car. Thanks to Jerry, this process was easy and stress-free. They called me over after only a short time. They figured out the problem. Bill said. Not to worry they had the parts to fix the problem. Excellent service department. A pleasure to do business with.
