I rated this dealership five stars because of the above and beyond service that I received from Shaq Wilson He was in constant contact with the bank during the application process. I got a denial. I was heartbroken. I didn’t accept any calls from anyone and then he called my phone from another employee’s phone and told me that I was approved. His exact words were I was not going to stop until I got you financed Not only was he a salesman that day he was an advocate. He spoke for an ordinary person like myself that’s trying to make ends meeting in this world, and here was a person that I knew nothing about that was willing to speak on my behalf and put his own credibility on the line. My payments will be paid every month on time! As far as the dealership itself, I had issues with the service department. I didn’t even know that my plug-in came with its own plug-in device. I did not know where to charge it.

I brought me car in for simple tire work. When I drove away my car was pulling hard to the left. I brought it back immediatly only to have their service manager Josh tell me I would have to pay for an allignment. My allignment was fine before they touched it. He lied over and over straight to my face and did not attempt to unserstand the underlying problem. I drove him back to the dealership and told him to get out of my car. He called me a clown and he banned me from coming back. They won't even honor a safty recall now. Stay far away.

Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about this dealer (service department). Had an issue back in December with my Kia so decided to give them a try and was worst mistake ever. They repaired my vehicle but less than a week later I was having issues after issues and taking my vehicle in weekly, Seems like they kept damaging it to make money out of warranty and I with my deductible. To top off on my previous repair they stated that they had to replace valve cover, GDI fuel pump, and VVT-solenoid to resolve the issue. Come to find out they replaced the VVT solenoid and GDi pump. NOT THE VALVE COVER BUT CHARGED FOR IT! Worst part is when I get home I see puddle of oil under my vehicle staining my driveway, when I take a peek I noticed that they cracked the oil pan in the process of repairing the vvt. (Rookie mistake jacking car from oil pan) so here goes car back to dealer.... after 3 days vehicle is finally done and they don't even bother calling to say vehicle is ready! (Neither of the time my advisor called to say ready) So when I showed up they said car was ready and unfortunately most likely they WON'T service vehicle there anymore because I called them out on their mistake and because of that they lost an employee. Which i guess they didn't like. But if they did the damage why not fix it the right way and not waste my time or theirs. Not just act stupid and send me home to recharge me another deductible! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY'RE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! Advisor was: John Wagner/ Robert crooks

So unprofessional they completely ruined my 2021 cars engine when their was nothing wrong. They told me a young single mom I needed to pay 10k for a new engine they messed with odometer for milage they tricked me into a lease that I was told for almost two years nothing was covered. I was stuck with a dead kia for almost 5 month still with payments. During Christmas Thanksgiving my 3 year old son's birthday. This almost put me into extreme debt I've never been so disgusted by a dealership in my life. I will never now buy from quirk in general again. And I suggest you don't either if you read this.
