FRAUDULENT AND SHAMELESS Like many other, I am not usually one who finds the time to write reviews online, but based on my terrible experience with Quirk Kia’s sales departmen Like many other, I am not usually one who finds the time to write reviews online, but based on my terrible experience with Quirk Kia’s sales department – I was compelled to write this review to educate others regarding their fraudulent business practices. To begin, I was contacted by Quirk KIA sales regarding the possibility of switching out my KIA Forte with a new vehicle prior to my lease end. When I visited the dealership, I was assisted by two sales reps who offered a compelling deal on a brand new Kia Optima. They mentioned that I would only be responsible for paying my first month’s lease payment that day and that they would “take care” of everything else including any remaining liabilities on my KIA Forte. I also confirmed this with the finance manager who sat down with me prior to signing. A few weeks later, I received a bill stating that I was responsible for $2,414.28 for outstanding fees on my old lease. When I contacted Kia Motor Finance, I was informed that Quirk KIA was only responsible for the advanced lease payments and that I should contact the dealership to dispute the remaining balance. I contacted the dealership and spoke with an M. Edwards, one of the finance managers. I mentioned to him that the bill I received conflicts with information I was provided upon signing the new lease. He advised me to send him an email with a screenshot of the bill, so that he could do further research. I sent an email and did not hear anything. I called a few business days later and he advised that he was busy and that I would hear back soon. Turns out he never followed up. I called back a week later when he reluctantly advised that I had to pay the bill because I went over my mileage on my previous leased vehicle. It didn’t seem like he did any research at all because the excess mileage charge was only one of a few charges shown on the bill. I could clearly see what the charges were for, but it conflicted with what his colleagues told me in December. His only advice was to try to see if I could pay it in installments and told me “good luck”. I had also spoken to Matt Sweeney, the general manager, who argued that it was my fault for not telling them I went over my mileage during signing for the new lease. I find this to be quite deceptive and unfair! If I knew I would still have obligations toward the old vehicle, I would not have signed for the new vehicle to begin with. I then decided to file a consumer complaint with the Office of the Attorney General against Quirk Kia. The Office of the Attorney General assigned a consumer advocate who worked tediously to help resolve the dispute which lasted about 5 months. My consumer advocate had discovered that there was a discrepancy between the dealership and the finance company. A few weeks later my consumer advocate told me that Matt Sweeney decided to offer a check for $1200 as settlement. This was approximately 50% of my bill, which is synonymous with many other complaints I have seen online that end with some sort of settlement. At this point, my case was closed, but it was reopened because the check that Quirk KIA sent off had the incorrect VIN and was allocated to the wrong account!!! You would think after all I went through they could have at least gotten that right! Luckily my consumer advocate was able to resolve the issue and ensured that the payment was reallocated to my account. I then paid off the entirety of the remaining balance right away. Around that time I was in the process of refinancing my home and found out that the outstanding fees on my old lease actually caused a bad report on my credit throughout the length of the dispute! Just when I thought I had had enough. I have read multiple reviews and complaints online from others who share the same sentiment. They are a shameless and deceptive group of salesmen whose only concern is to tell you anything to convince you to buy a car. Once you’ve walked out the door you are the least of their concern. Please ensure that if you are given an offer or promotion, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Do your research and shop various dealerships. That will help you avoid what I went through. More

I highly recommend him for any sale Jorge L. Reyes is a great person to work with. He got me the lowest price for financing. He took my situation into consideration and I was so happy leaving there with my new car These two men work great together to help the custom we in every possible way The last person is in service. His name is Tony. I don't know his last name but he is awesome. Gets people in and out as soon as possible. 3 great people to deal with and I will always go back to these 3 More

We told them what we needed for vehicles, The payment we could afford and what we could contribute up front. There was very little back and forth before we were able to settled on a deal we were happy with. For those who have never driven a Kia it is a great product. So, if you are in the market for a great car and like great customer service ask for Sean at Quirk Kia. More

As far as car buying goes this was relatively easy and my husband and Francisco worked a good deal for our needs and budget. I would highly recommend This dealership and of course Francisco who has many years of experience . Laughter and trust are always a good combination. Many thanks! Excellent customer service I was having multiple issues with my Kia Optima over the last year with other Kia Delearships and finally got fed up and went to the Braintree locatio I was having multiple issues with my Kia Optima over the last year with other Kia Delearships and finally got fed up and went to the Braintree location for service. The service manager, Patrick Gallo, was awesome and took care of all of my needs and fixed my car promptly. He went above and beyond and bent over backwards to make me happy and fix my car the right way. If anyone needs a Kia Delearship for service, this is the one to go to to get it done! I'll admit I had a big guard up and wasn't really looking forward to dealing with pushy sales people but Ali had a no BS attitude and was also friendly and personable answering all of my questions confidently. Instead of trying to box me in to one direction he explained the pros and cons of going between either buying pre owned, leasing, or financing based off my current situation. I appreciated this because he was looking out for my best interest given my situation instead of only caring about selling a car. Based off the information he gave me I decided to go with pre owned due to the fact Kia has the best certified pre owned program out. For someone like myself who keeps cars until they run into the ground, this made sense ( considering I missed the deprecation period and have a warranty that is almost as good as their brand new warranty ) . With that being said I want to point out I've purchased quite an amount of cars and it's usually not an experience I'd like to relive. However this one I definitely wouldn't mind. I set up an appointment to meet up with a sales consultant Louie on a Wednesday at 11. I arrived late thinking I would get someone else, Louie had waited for me with a Smile, not only was he waiting he had brochures ready on the car i wanted and cars similar. He knew exactly what was in stock and available for my choosing. I test drove the Optima and of course loved it. When it came to negotiation I was so anxious internally I was panicking and I always am when it comes to this part of the buying process. Louie was very patient. We talked numbers and what was within my budget. Needless to say I got more then what I asked for and left with my new car the same Day! More

He negotiated a price for more than 2 thousand dollars below the ticket price. However, when I reviewed the sale contract last night, the dealership increased the price to more than one thousand dollars than the ticket price. The final price is the same as what my husband negotiated for after a manufacturer's rebate. We went back and asked them to honor the negotiation before the rebate. Of course, the manager denied the negotiation since they have already got our money. I got upset and the rude manager threaten to call the police because I was yelling. All consumers deserved to know how they treated their customer. Don't be the next person cheated by this sneaky dealership. More
