My experience at the Quirk Kia dealership was a pleasant one. Daniel Roberts was helpful in explaining details. My purchase was in a certian price range and Daniel worked with me. When I picked up the car he sat with me and went over all the features. While they were putting the sticker on the car we went into the waiting room. Daniel sat and explained the manual, service contracts,tire warranty and the features & functions guide. Dan is very pleasant and eager to make his customers happy with their choice of a Kia vehicle. I went in to purchase a new car. I came out with a new car and a very good friend. Francisco Reyes is a very knowledgeable salesperson with a warm manner about him He makes you feel at ease the minute you car and a very good friend. I purchased a new car from Quirk Kia. The team was very helpful and courteous. I did not have the best of credit so getting me approved was a challenge. Mike and Al never let that be problem. Our first and last stop was at Quirk -we had no reason to go anywhere else! Based on other reviews here I asked for Kat and she (ironically) was the person who greeted us at the door. We never felt pressured or mislead and this is so refreshing these days- consumers are much more educated and the dealers are understanding this. He was calm, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and helped me out tremendously in purchasing my car. I was extremely fortunate to have gone to Quirk Kia. I have been passively looking for a new car for a few months now. Mostly looking online because I didn't want to be persuaded and pressured into something I didn't want or need at a dealership. One day, I didn't want to sit in rush hour traffic so I decided to stop in at Quirk Kia to look and pass the time. Melissa Marks was the sales rep helping me. She was knowlegeable about the inventory and I didn't feel under pressure. She was able to explain to me the features of each car in a language that I could understand. She answered my questions and was able to help me find a car in my price range. She was personable and made me feel important. Although I was not prepared to purchase a car that day, she stayed and still helped me. When I am ready to buy my new car, I will definitely go back to quirk and specifically ask to work with Melissa. More
I absolutely loved the quality of service I received at Quirk Kia. I needed to buy a new car and I had no idea what I wanted. I was driving by the Kia lot when I decided to stop and take a look at what w Quirk Kia. I needed to buy a new car and I had no idea what I wanted. I was driving by the Kia lot when I decided to stop and take a look at what was available. My cousin Robyn was with me. I will admit, I thought we would get the "run around" from the salesperson because we were two women shopping for a car. Robyn and I were in the lot for about two minutes when we were greeted by the salesperson, Will. He was very friendly and asked in what way he could be of service to us. I explained my situation to him and he offered some suggestions. Never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I asked question after question (I'm sure I asked a few questions more than once). Will had the patience of a saint. He explained everything to me. He listened to my concerns and offered more suggestions. He seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He took me to view the Kia Soul. As he pointed out each feature of the car, I came to realize Will was very observant. He had met each of my top concerns with buying and owning a new car. The Kia Soul had everything I was looking for in a car. My experience in buying a car could not have been better! What astounds me about this experience is that Will spent 3 hours with my cousin Robyn and me!!!! He never made us feel as if we were taking too long, or that he had other things to do. He offered us refreshments! Needless to say, I was sold after that...Who can beat service like that?!? I've been telling everyone I know to stop in-to Quirk Kia in Braintree! I love my new car! After researching I finally found the family vehicle I was looking for. I was out for a drive and decided to swing into Quirk Kia. I was approached by a friendly women "Kat". Never once did I feel pressure from her to buy and conversation ran smoothly. I explained to her that I wasn't quite ready to buy but I did want to look at the Kia Sorento. She showed me a couple of different Sorento's and I took one for a test drive. We went back to her desk and ran some #s and got an estimate for my trade-in. Still felt no pressure to buy. I continued to shop around the next day and went back/forth with dealerships. The end result...I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Quirk. I've never bought a vehicle (and I've bought quite a few) where the transaction was so smooth, quick, friendly and NO pressure. I bought the vehicle because I wanted to and the price was right. Thank you: Kat, Al & Mike. There's definitely team work at this dealership...I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I will be referring family & friends. BTW...Although I got a great deal I only gave the price a 4 because I think all cars are overpriced. More

If you have shopped for a car, this experience can be grueling. Quirk was our last stop before making our decision. Fortunately for us, Kathleen Barkley "Kat" was our salesperson. She took her time "no hard sell" was very respectful about what we needed and gave us the best deal over all others. Her approach is great, even has a sense of humor...how refreshing! Our experience at Quirk was great and expect it to continue. I am now recommending Kat to everyone...she is wonderful. Thanks again Kat. More
