First I will say do not go queensboro Volkswagen. If you are Volkswagen lover go another dealer. Francisco and David are stealer, crooks, lier . I bought a Arteon 2020. Price was 44,000 plus tax and fees. T are Volkswagen lover go another dealer. Francisco and David are stealer, crooks, lier . I bought a Arteon 2020. Price was 44,000 plus tax and fees. They charged me 54,300. I believed them 100% but they xxxxed me up. David was telling me the price is 44,000 plus tax and fees monthly payment will be 531 and gave me the papers to sign. I signed those papers without looking because I believe them what Are they saying. I took the car came home and I saw the papers I was shocked they charged me 54000 and monthly payment is 611. I went back to there talked to them they said you signed the papers that’s it. Offered me bottle of water. That’s how crooks they are. Please do not go there. Go somewhere else. I would say no star for them. They are the worst ever I met people. More

Don't waste your time visiting other dealers, these guys right off the bat, no pressure, knowledgeable and they gave me the best price without even asking for a discount. Shopped Off-road VW in the City and right off the bat, no pressure, knowledgeable and they gave me the best price without even asking for a discount. Shopped Off-road VW in the City and Brooklyn VW. The Off road sales person didn't even know the car came w a burgundy interior and their pricing was way "off". Bklyn VW was asking for $180 more a month with same down payment on a lease which they later matched. Ask for Jose!!! No pressure and knowledgeable. Check him out! More
