Do not go to Robert S! He immediately starting hitting on me. I looked at other reviews and another woman said he gave her a special pen. Worst experience ever. Do not believe a word they say. Beware. Bait and switch/lost leader. Drove two hours after multiple emails, texts and calls to confirm appointment. Car still listed up for sale on websites several weeks later. Dealer xxxx like this give entire industry a bad name. Have contacted better business with no results so far. Take me word and do not believe a word anyone says at this dealer. Everything completely fake/fraud. Do not even consider buying from this fraudulent dealer. You will regret! The transaction went smoothly and both Eddie and I were happy. After 27 years as a loyal Toyota customer this was my BEST experience. bad experience I called queensboro toyota on friday march 23 to get a quote on a sienna XLE AWD i spoke to lavendra and got a very good price for a lease so i went d I called queensboro toyota on friday march 23 to get a quote on a sienna XLE AWD i spoke to lavendra and got a very good price for a lease so i went down to the show room i spent some time there i spoke to him and he wrote the price and details on a piece of paper i called him later and asked him if tax is included he said yes so i asked him to send me a quote by email he told me he will do it before he leaves on vacation i did not get that email so i called on sunday i spoke to wilson LLiguichushca he promised me to send the quote by email before the end of the day but he didn't send it either so i called him back on monday he told me he cannot offer anymore the same price because the programs changed. the programs do not change before the end of the month so they just gave me a price which they wouldn't honor to get me to buy a car there, at the end i bought a sienna at another dealership and i paid the price which i was quoted in the first email. With respect to the sound came to the conclusion by the technical team of mechanics that the sound was due to the engraving of the tires. I was surprised yesterday to take you to a tire service. Was a screw that had embedded the rear tire. Owners and users very carefully when choosing their dealers. I would not recommend this. More
