The Woody Sander Ford staff was very helpful during the entire process of ordering my custom truck. I made an appointment for Thursday Oct 8th, for my car to be repaired. For convenience I dropped my car off Wednesday evening Oct 7th at 5pm. I received no phone call on Thursday, I had to call Ken to find o be repaired. For convenience I dropped my car off Wednesday evening Oct 7th at 5pm. I received no phone call on Thursday, I had to call Ken to find out they didn't get a chance to look at my car, but I had a scheduled appointment for Thursday. On Friday Oct 9th again I didn't receive a call. I called Ken at 4:30pm and he said they just pulled my car in, he'll speak with the mechanic and call me back, Ken never called me back. Now I'm inconvenienced without having my car for the weekend. I figured he would call me first thing Monday morning, but he didn't, I called him at 1 pm. I explained we spoke on Friday and he said he would call me back, but he didn't. His only response was, "Oh I'm sorry". When I asked if there was an estimate for my car he said yes and proceeded to tell me the total for the repairs without explaining what was wrong and what was needed ttobe repaired. If he had the estimated readily available, why didn't I get a call back on Friday or even first thing Monday morning? After speaking with Ken, I spoke with Bobby the service manager and explained the whole story to him, which he apologized for and said he would speak with Ken. I paid the $1700 for the repair of my car, I've bought my car there for service before and the service wasn't the best then either. I'm not happy that I had to pay $1700 for the repairs of my car after the POOR SERVICE, I experienced and being inconvenienced without my vehicle.Needless to say I probably will not be back to have my car serviced there again, and I'll be buying my car at another Ford dealership or simply buy another brand car. More

They were great in meeting my needs with a lender car while my car was getting recall work completed. They listened to the other issues I was having.
