The point of having an appointment is to be able to get the work done in an acceptable amount of time and get out of there with enough time. The company seems to care about getting as many appointments to the work done in an acceptable amount of time and get out of there with enough time. The company seems to care about getting as many appointments to the point they are packed for the day and can’t even give you your vehicle back in the same day. I needed sidesteps installed. I had the appointment at 10am and didn’t get my vehicle until after 6pm which they took 20 mins to install. I had my dash camera recording the entire time so I know it took them less than 30 mins to install them and still took them the entire day to get it back. More

I was in 3 times for the same repair and have more problems now for the same things! I am not happy!😡every time I have no truck for a I am loosening money. I was in the second scheduled time for the same repair I was told the part was not available when I picked my truck up after I dropped it off the previous evening. There was an air bag recall but I was told my valve sensor was not there. The tire inflation system is why I left the truck! I had to leave my truck again for a day. The problem is still not fixed. I originally bought 4 sensors because the service writer convinced me that I would have less problems if I went ahead and replaced all 4. Now I have more problems and I am not a satisfied customer. My tire monitor system keeps coming on! This is crazy. I was trying to be pro active by replacing all 4 sensors to avoid any brain damage. xxxx! Shame on your system! This is not supposed to happen! The brakes on the 2021 Encore GX has been in the shop three times to repair the squealing brakes, yet the brakes continue to squeal. I gave Brenden a recording of the brakes. 6/16 the results were "the three times to repair the squealing brakes, yet the brakes continue to squeal. I gave Brenden a recording of the brakes. 6/16 the results were "the pad wear sensor had been fused to the brake pad. Replaced wheel speed sensor with the pads." The squeal has lessened however the brakes still squeal. Adam Hensley did intervene following the second attempt resulting in the new brake pads, but it appears to be only the rear brakes were serviced. Each visit resulted in an overnight (2days) third visit was three days. We have neighbors complaining about the noise whenever we back out of our garage. More

No one called to let me know the progress and let me know that the repair would not be done on the day they said. I called and the operator for service disconnected me before I talked to anyone.
