Because of the distance, I wasn’t able to see the truck in person, so I asked Rafael if he could get me some additional photos and videos of the undercarriage. Within 30 minutes, he had the truck up on a lift and sent me detailed photos and videos. That really stood out to me. Having purchased vehicles from a distance before, I know not everyone is willing to go that extra mile. I’ve dealt with dealerships where the response was basically, “The photos online are what we have.” Rafael did the complete opposite and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and completely pressure free. I never felt hassled or pushed into anything. It was simply a great buying experience from beginning to end.
