It’s a nightmare to get a call back or to even get a hold of someone. I never got a loner and was told I would. My tires were not rotated and I was told they were. Service team really helped us out of a jam. We were getting ready to send our daughter on cross country trip on a Wednesday and car acted up Monday morning. Josh in service knowing our time crunch was getting ready to send our daughter on cross country trip on a Wednesday and car acted up Monday morning. Lack of communication from the service advisor. No calls for over 36 hours. I had to call them after I was told that they would call me. Every time I called no one was available, so I left messages. Service dept is not good or reliable at all. I received 3 recall notices in the mail for my 2017 GMC. I called to make an appointment 1 week in advance. Told them what it was for and they documented. Dropped recall notices in the mail for my 2017 GMC. I called to make an appointment 1 week in advance. Told them what it was for and they documented. Dropped it off at 8am Monday morning. Checked in with one of the service guys. I asked them to make sure it was completed today and if any issues, call me. Needless to say no phone calls. So I showed up at the end of the day to pick it up. The service tech could not locate my truck or paperwork. This had me a bit worried that they lost my Denali. So the service manager came to assist. after 15 minutes, he found my truck. No work had been completed on it. He said to give him 15 minutes and they will fix 2 of the 3 recalls. I waited. Another customer over heard what was going on. He shared is frustrations with Quebedeaux with me and not completing work when promised. This is not my first issue with this company. Had my 2006 GMC in many times only to feel shafted most times. I would never recommend this company to do business with. Totally untrustworthy and should not be serving the public. More

I sent my wife and father to go view the vehicle, do to me being over 1000 miles away for work. The truck drove great and there wasn’t many issues with it besides the broken mirror on the driver side, the mirror didn’t work on the passenger side, it was missing a chrome cover on the mirror, and the inside and out were filthy. The sales person was aware of these problems and told my wife they would be fixed before I came down to trade my vehicle. Working with Albert from finance was the worst experience I’ve ever had. He never returns my phone calls and just wants to hurry the process to get me out of his office. BTW he made my wife sit in his office for 5 hours and barely spoke a word to her. I had to call the sales person to get some information. When I arrived the car was half cleaned and the mirror on the driver side was only done. I had to leave my vehicle again for another week to get the passenger side mirror done ( it sat in the parking lot for 3 days before a tech could look at it) and they told me they would not replace the chrome cover seeing it’s a original part and I would be responsible for replacing it. It is upsetting that all this could have been fixed before I came to pick up my vehicle but all it shows me is that the people working for this dealership do not care about anyone and making sure the customer is happy. All they care about is making money and ripping off the customer. I will never buy from this dealership again and I will gladly tell everyone one I know to stay away. More
