Their customer service is an absolute joke. They promise to have the vehicle that I bought ready by the end of the day. It needed front tires replaced. It’s now been a week and they somehow don’t have anyone to deliver it. When I was down there and multiple of their employees were just standing around. They ordered mismatched tires. So now I have 2 mud tires in the rear and all terrains in the front. When they did finally deliver it, the right fog light was busted out. The outside was hardly detailed, there was still cow xxxx and cow hair under the fenders. They somehow scratched the xxxx outta the front window removing the dealer sticker on it. And tore up the window tint. The delivery driver left seeds and trail mix everywhere in the truck. Also when they delivered the vehicle. The delivery guy was being rude to my fiancé. I highly don’t not recommend buying any used vehicles from this dealership. More

Fernando's lack of interest in helping us get a good rate on our deal caused us to not do business with your dealership. We decided to purchase at another dealership because he literally walked out on us bec on our deal caused us to not do business with your dealership.
