Very pleasant First of all,someone called and asked if we were still looking for a truck. We said maybe so while we were in town we decided to stop by your dealersh First of all,someone called and asked if we were still looking for a truck. We said maybe so while we were in town we decided to stop by your dealership just to browse. A very nice man by the name of Rish Elmer took us over to a chevy truck on the lot. It was ok but not quite right. He said let me drive you over to the new car lot and you can look there. Well ,we happened to see a black 3500 and that peaked my husband's interest .Rich backed off and let us look and talk. No pressure, we felt comfortable. We took a drive. It had everything on it that we wanted. We took the next step and asked about the financing. Rich took us to Shawn,what a great lady. She told us that she wouldn't have a problem getting us a good rate because we had such excellent credit. That was so great to hear. She took great care of us and we now have a beautiful truck and honestly,I never thought it would be that easy. Everyone was so nice. Our salesman showed us another truck in a different color, that was the same type, other than the color. We bought the truck we were shown. Even though we are happy with the truck we bought the dealership needs to make sure not to disappoint their customers. That first impression means a lot. More
