The salesman was very helpful looked up cars that we were interested and in my price range and really listened to me. Having to work the employees was the most difficult part of buying the car. Elderly people in shopping around, the employees were the only ones not wearing masks. I was told “this car is the same price as the other one you looked at”. When we sat down, poof, it was 6k more. When dealing the finance department, someone told me they were a “Q like in Qanon”. That was interesting. They couldn’t figure out how to sign off on an Uber inspection (essentially making sure the seatbelts work and the headlights work). Well, the headlights didn’t work. Took it back a few days later, and they fixed one headlight. Without leaving the dealership I told them they fixed half the problem and they sent it back through to get the other headlight working. Almost left multiple times.one of which was when I was sitting across from a guy starting at me with a furrowed brow grinding his teeth waiting on me to decide if the car was worth the money. Not a good experience, glad it’s over. Probably won’t go back. They tried to be nice, but a salesman/saleswoman only cares so much. More

Horrible experience again. Once again took my truck in to have mirror repaired and again another issue occurred. After 4 hours of waiting I was told my windshield was cracked and had to be replaced by anothe have mirror repaired and again another issue occurred. Went for oil change and tire pressure check (*). Got talked in to tire rotation. 1.5 hours later, I paid. No indication that tire pressure was checked. No car wash; in fact, car given back to me talked in to tire rotation. 1.5 hours later, I paid. No indication that tire pressure was checked. I've used two different pressure gauges on the tires. I refill to recommended (or 0.5 over). Next report shows tires 2.0 to 3.5 low. More
