There was no explanation of the vehicle such as features or how to operate anything within the technology of the vehicle. There was no walk around to view or explain any missing or damages to vehicle. Also or how to operate anything within the technology of the vehicle. Service took twice as long as what I was told, and I didn't receive any updates even though I was waiting in the lobby. Car wasn't washed nor was it offered. After I went up to check the status, receive didn't receive any updates even though I was waiting in the lobby. Car wasn't washed nor was it offered. After I went up to check the status, received my keys and was told my check engine light was on and advised I should get it checked it. That was the least they could have done after having my car for 3 hours. Service department has gone way down since I purchased my vehicle. Unsure if I will return. More

Worst experience ever. They lied to me twice on the phone and 4 times in writing that a car would be available to purchase. After driving 2 hours (with one of the texts 1 hour into the drive), we find the c and 4 times in writing that a car would be available to purchase. After driving 2 hours (with one of the texts 1 hour into the drive), we find the car had been sold 2 days prior to our appt. Looking at Yelp and other reviews, it appears that this dealership is known for their sleazy ways and outright scams. Thank God we didn't buy from them -- I'm sure they wouldn't have honored any warranty given. More
