Lack of communication from the service advisor. No calls for over 36 hours. I had to call them after I was told that they would call me. Every time I called no one was available, so I left messages. Horrible horrible liars...First the internet salesperson (David) was supposed to hold my vehicle when I arrived in Tucson...he did not show up and I was told it was sold to someone just before I got there. Then I was told that a brand new 2022 was coming right off the truck (by Erik) and that car will replace the car I came down for since it was an exactly alike but the new year. they continue to hide the sticker and I didn't realize until I drove off with the car was not a 2022, but in fact was a 2021. Do not buy a car from here... If I didn't live so far away I would definitely return this f****** car! More

Service dept is not good or reliable at all. I received 3 recall notices in the mail for my 2017 GMC. I called to make an appointment 1 week in advance. Told them what it was for and they documented. Checked in with one of the service guys. I asked them to make sure it was completed today and if any issues, call me. Needless to say no phone calls. So I showed up at the end of the day to pick it up. The service tech could not locate my truck or paperwork. This had me a bit worried that they lost my Denali. So the service manager came to assist. after 15 minutes, he found my truck. No work had been completed on it. He said to give him 15 minutes and they will fix 2 of the 3 recalls. I waited. Another customer over heard what was going on. He shared is frustrations with Quebedeaux with me and not completing work when promised. This is not my first issue with this company. Had my 2006 GMC in many times only to feel shafted most times. I would never recommend this company to do business with. Totally untrustworthy and should not be serving the public. More

Made the car buying experience simple. Jon Hicks and everyone that took care of us at the dealership were kind and friendly as well as efficient. Anytime you need a vehicle this is the dealership. They didn't offer a test drive. And when I signed my paperwork called me to pick up a 2nd key then tried to take the vehicle back stating they didn't get financing. This dealership is a joke.
