I take my car to get serviced, I pay for the part. Yet they “fixed it” but they don’t know what else is wrong with the car since the stabilitrak light is still on. I would think since they are the service they “fixed it” but they don’t know what else is wrong with the car since the stabilitrak light is still on. I would think since they are the service center they would know what’s wrong with my car. That light popped up a month after buying the car and they just don’t know what else to do to fix it. It’s so annoying, this service center is really one of the worst service centers I have ever been to. More

After my 2021 Encore was totaled, I returned to the dealer to get another car. The salesman was very helpful and I got a 2019 Jeep. They cannot supply a loaner because of car shortages. I cannot afford to rent a car while my Jeep is in shop. There seems to be no help from the service department. Excellent team. My wife and I arrived to look at a new 2500HD that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the truck was on order and was not on the lot.
