I already repaired your guy's screw up, I'm a master ASE tech, and work for tucson border patrol. We have even stopped bringing fleet vehicles because your service is below par. The only way you could help is refund me the labor on the tie rod job. I even showed Adam photos of the horrible job your repair shop did. No call back on when they part came in. So I took care of it myself.
