I was going to give them 5 stars however, the way the internet deal was used and my situation I would have had to pay an extra 1500 dollars in order to get the deal if I didn't use their financing. Then when my man called to check on the truck he was hung up on by the associate named Landon and that was very rude customer service. After my tire almost fell off the manager then proceeded to apologize and give me 25% off my oil change. How does 25% compared to my tire almost falling off and ruining the whole front end of the truck. I will not take my truck back to get any type of service from them because I do not trust the service guys. They all need to be retrained so this does not happen to somebody else. More
