Harry W (sales associate) was the first person to greet us when we arrived. He was very helpful and friendly. Don’t buy from here! Bought a truck and a check engine light came on as I drove it off the lot. They had to keep it overnight to replace the battery. The dealership hasn’t been accommodating, even though this has all taken place within their “15 days/500 miles warranty”. It’s been excuse after excuse. Buyer beware! More
From start to finish this has to be the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. First the unprofessional manner of the first sales person, to the dishonesty of the sales person I purchased wit experience I have ever encountered. Your dealership was highly recommended and now I cannot see how. I could have got a car with less issues from a low end dealership. All 4 tires were miss matched making it impossible to drive above 50mph without it shaking so bad it was borderline inoperable. The heater does not work(It was almost 100 degrees the day I bought it so of course set it blew hot that day) the heater actuator tries to reposition even with car off causing battery drain, charging system light constantly throwing codes a week after I purchased. Roters are shot, suspension is so bad that it bottoms out and binds the tires in the wheel well. You are selling cars that are basically unsafe and not road worthy. Hard to see all these issues on a 5 minute test drive but it’s my bad trusting you to sell quality vehicles. I was told when I purchased the car that the issues I found would be repaired. One of which is a faulty airbag, and last time I checked dealerships can not sell cars with nonfunctional safety equipment. After 3-4 calls and messages to the sales person which were never returned the sales manager Alex called me in regards to the title for my trade in. I informed him that I would bring that in when they took care of the car repairs. He transferred me to service and they supposedly set up an appointment last Friday AM. When I arrived to drop it off the service writer had no idea that I was coming. I informed the service writer that being without a car would be an extreme hardship and he informed me they should only need it until Monday. Well now it’s Wednesday evening and they have not even looked at it. I was told yesterday that today they would look at it and now tomorrow. Not even enough respect for your customers to receive a call but a text. I will be contacting BBB and the Arizona Consumer Protection Agency, The sales person said they would repair certain issues that I found at time of purchase and your service and sales manager basically said they would only honor the air bad issue. I was offered a price. Then when my trade in, taxes, license and discounts were taken into account, instead of subtracting discounts and trade in, everything was added. My bill was presented to me at 25 to 30k higher than it should have been. Absolutely shocking. Then I was offered a loan payment at 8.9 percent from a local credit union instead of the GMC financing. This would have added $350/month to my payment. Only after questioning this did they offer the GMC financing. The salesman was waiting on multiple people at the same time and seemed not to have time to work with me. If it wasn’t for my loyalty to General Motors I would have walked out. More
