We came in with a specific vehicle in mind and was shown an upgraded model. Although it was nice, it was out of our price range and our sales rep respected that. Fast forward to leaving the lot - I immediately noticed the brakes were making a weird noise so I took it to service. I’m a little disappointed that they would send a car off their lot with issues - especially brake related. I asked the sales rep to fill the tank as it only had a quarter. He offered half.
