I found Ken Dawkins to be very professional and helpful (but not pushy) throughout the entire process of buying a car. I was not offered the service record on the car I purchased. After 75 miles I had to return the car for service. I found out later the car had major problems, some of which they had repaired and did purchased. After 75 miles I had to return the car for service. I found out later the car had major problems, some of which they had repaired and did not tell me about. I was lied to and treated very unprofessionally by the manager and President of Quantrell. They had the car for several weeks, waitiing for parts, while I was getting the run around. Finally they called to say the car was ready, the repair cost $700.00, and I hope that it is fixed. All of my family and friends will be driving to Louisville for their Subaru's after this horrible experience. Run from this dealership! More

We have a 2010 Saturn Outlook. (GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, Buick Enclave). The tires are Goodyear Fortera HL. These are some of the worst tires we have ever owned, despite the fact that they are the Traverse, Buick Enclave). The tires are Goodyear Fortera HL. We had asked the dealer, Quantrell in Lexington KY, to check out vibration of the vehicle and steering wheel while on the highway. This was during the bumper to bumper warranty of 36,000 miles. At the time, they found no problem with the vehicle or tires, and did not document our complaint. After, the warranty expired; we took the vehicle to a tire shop where we were told the tires were cupping due to a mechanical defect. Afterward we took the vehicle back to Quantrell. They found no mechanical defects but told us the tires were worn due to normal wear. This is at 40,000 miles when the tires are supposed to be good for 60,000 miles. GM would do nothing about this problem due to the fact that Quantrell supposedly found no problems during the warranty period. Given what has been found in reviews of this tire, we find it hard to believe that GM and Quantrell did not know about this problem. It seems that their policy is to deny that there is a problem until the bumper to bumper warranty is expired. More
I have bought vehicles here for 10 years and will continue to do so. The service department does an excellent job working on Cadillac and Pontiac vehicles. Ken is a wonderful salesman is not pushy and is very easy to talk to and work with. He worked hard to try to make certain I was where I needed to be with price and financing. Earl is in the service department and has not failed to fix whatever we need repaired. I wasted $2000 dollars here in Morehead trying to get my G6 fixed, he fixed it and the cost was less than any of the other 3 people who attempted to fix it. Regardless of where my vehicle has issues it will be towed straight to Quantrell. I had narrowed my choices down to a Regal and a CTS. In the end the excellent service I have received with my other vehicles was the deciding factor. More
