This place has the WORST customer service that I have every dealt with. I had to have my car worked on because the axle seal was leaking and there was a recall on the back camera. They had to keep my car so they had to give me a rental car till mine was fixed. After I got my car back. The back camera works but the messed up the front camera in the process. Called to schedule to bring it back in only to get crap from a lady over the rental car she said we can fix your car but you are Not getting another rental car. I just wonder does she think I would rather drive an old rental car than the new Cadillac that I own. This is the 2nd bad experience with this place. I’m done with them and would not recommend anyone using this place.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a wonderful experience purchasing a car. The customer service was impeccable, thank you Ray Langdon. The finance department (Bob & Monica) was incredibly helpful and we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend Quantrell if you’re looking for a Cadillac! Best service in town!
