My traveling plans almost came into a complete disaster when my 2019 traverse started to have issues soon after a New Replacement battery had been installed. Immediately contact Josh at the service department that my car would be towed in that morning to be checked out. The service department was busy with other customers already. Josh took my details & report of the problems the car had going on. Once there within an hour later, tow truck dropped off my car off. I was greeted by Josh himself. With my keys in his procession, my car was quickly put into there shop lot. I was given an estimate for when the car could be ready, but first, a diagnostic test had to be completed. Agreeing to the estimate & the remote possibility of a few hours to maybe a few days (depending on soon they could get to it)), I left the car there until they could call me. Hoping that it would be a short stay, my travel plans were soon to be interrupted & delayed. A few hours passed, when unexpectedly I received a call from Josh himself- he reported they were able to find the problems with our car, and was NOW fully functional once again! … was glad the Technicians were able to reset the onboard computer and the car is running just as New!! … this was an exceptional experience. Josh was very attentive and professional - Great Service to the customer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

At first I was notified my vehicle was gonna be ready that same day . Then when I arrived to dealer they said minimum of 2 days for and oil change and 3 recalls vehicle needed . I drove from national cit that same day . Then when I arrived to dealer they said minimum of 2 days for and oil change and 3 recalls vehicle needed . I drove from national city all the way to Escondido quality Chevy . I had no transportation and my service advisor said I needed to rent a vehicle due to the dealership did not offer loner cars for recalls. After asking for manager and explaining that I was let know prior to arrival I was taking my car that day I was finally authorized for a free rental . Thank God , or would been stranded. Then when I picked up my Chevy Colorado 2023 they never washed it and was very dirty and complete out of gas . I barely made it to gas station . Over all It was a bad experience to be honest . More
