I had an oil change appointment, not a walk in, an appointment. An appointment i had set up a week in advance. My appointment was at 9:30 am. I showed up at 9:10am. Got my car serviced. I was never asked if I wanted a new engine air filter or cabin filter. I would have had them do it. When I got my paper work after my oil change it s I was never asked if I wanted a new engine air filter or cabin filter. I would have had them do it. When I got my paper work after my oil change it said I declined services I wasn’t even made aware of. Now I have to schedule another appointment at another dealership to get my filters. More
