Personable service personnel and service managers. Way too long a period of time for a small item...basically 48 hours for a TCM software update. Not sure they listened well to concern. I had to call to get info no update was given until I did. When a brand new vehicle is brought in for service a higher level of concern needs to be shown and a rental/loaner or something needs to be proffered. More

Customer service was lacking. It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attent It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attention. Last visit was totally different. Someone came out right away and got my info and got me started when it was daily busy. People working these jobs need to know that the customer isn’t inconveniencing them just because they have to do something. Maybe they need to have their job responsibilities repeated to them so they know what they need to do. It’s not that hard to provide a service that they are paid to do. More
