Customer service was lacking. It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attent It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. People working these jobs need to know that the customer isn’t inconveniencing them just because they have to do something. When I came in to tell my agent that I had my first flat tire since I brought the truck new and called Auto Club to change my spare.
