My only complaint was lack of communication on delays. My truck went for several recalls and general service. The estimated time was one day. When I showed up at 10 the ext day, the truck was not done due to computer delays on recalls updates. I should have been called beforeI showed up. I ended up having to get a uber back home because of this additional delay which was $45. I car rental should have been offered for trouble. I was notified later that day that the truck was done. More
