Waiting three hours for an oil change even when I had an appointment is ridiculous alongside the fact that nobody even called to tell me my vehicle was ready. On 11/11/25 I went to the dealership and had the best customer service. But I was told that once my part arrived I was going to get a call to set up an appointment to service my vehicle. 3 weeks later a customer service. But I was told that once my part arrived I was going to get a call to set up an appointment to service my vehicle. 3 weeks later and no call letting me know that my part arrived. So I called on 12/1/25 and the lady that answered the phone was by far the most un helpful person ever I asked her politely if my part was in and she said she could not help me because I had to wait for Juan and said to call back at 8am it was 7:56am. So as I was about to ask another question she hung up on me. I called back and my call kept getting forward to voicemail. Once I got a hold of someone the gentleman was awesome he said he could help me and I didn’t have to speak to Juan. The First Lady that I spoke to needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. More
