I went to have recall work done on the car. I made an appointment and check-in was quick. There were a lot of cars there for service, so I really appreciated the Quality employee who met inco I made an appointment and check-in was quick. After my service ticket was written up, a Quality shuttle took me home. Several hours later, I was called and told that the work was done. I asked for a shuttle pickup and one arrived a bit later. Attentive service personnel, a friendly shuttle driver, and a pretty quick service turnaround all made for a professional and pleasant experience. More

Waiting three hours for an oil change even when I had an appointment is ridiculous alongside the fact that nobody even called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I let the service advisor know I would be waiting there for my vehicle. No communication. I loathe coming in for service here especially since I travel almost an hour to do so. More
