Maria in service misled us on cost of Bolt charger cable. First she agreed the cost was covered by warranty. Then she said it wasn’t. Then she tried to say QC would pay a partial amount. Ultimately when we asked her to justify the much higher cost compared to Amazon she spoke of QC all encompassing warranty. We settled on Amazon because their cord cost less and had a 3-year warranty not 2 like QC. Also, her annoying/cutsie catchphrase of “please and thank you “ in every email she sent is condescending and presumptive. We took 2 unnecessary trips to dealer, had to wait all day to have our vehicle “checked out” meanwhile fretting about keeping our vehicle charged. What a hassle!!! You can ask Maria to see her email thread to Kyle Puette and decide for yourself if she’s your best fit for the face of your service bay. More

When purchasing a new car, you anticipate a seamless experience, but I encountered a few issues. After having the seat cover replaced, my only remaining concern is that the molded plastic cover, which conceals the seat frame when you open the door, wasn't installed correctly. This cover features four guide stakes and two spring clips on top, and I was able to reinstall it correctly myself rather than bringing my truck back in. As an FSE for a biochemistry robotic company, I understand the importance of ensuring that all covers and hardware are installed properly; loose hardware is simply not an option for us. It's a standard we uphold diligently to avoid any return service visits. My primary concern is ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. More

Service was done as promised and at a reasonable time provided they had to wait 4 days for parts. Juan also took care of recalls. ( drivers seat clicks/ slides when turning, adhesive is oozing from two piece hood, brakes squeak every morning, steering wheel squeaks on cold mornings, drivers window makes noises intermittently, suspension squeaks.) Upon my arrival I was greeted right away even though there were several vehicles in line for services. My appointment was at 0800, service rep confirmed appointment. I asked if I could get a shuttle ride down the street to grab something to eat while I waited. Shuttle dropped me off and received a call at 0930 that services where complete. Overall staff was great and good on time. I was expecting to be there longer. I also want to thank Maria. I had mentioned to her that there was some unknown residue on paint. She informed me that she would have service department take a look at it. When I picked up my truck all the residue was gone, cleaned up. Awesome. Thank you for great service. Also thank you to the service rep that was in charge of the in process when you pull in to check in your vehicle. I didn't get his name. Very attentive. offered me water and guided me to Maria. He looked like he had a lot going on with all the vehicles yet looked calm and friendly. More
