The service provided was great and the people I interfaced with were great. The big problem is when I initially booked the appointment, when I asked for a loaner vehicle, the scheduler said that t interfaced with were great. Since I was going on vacation, I chose a date three weeks out and she said they didn’t have any available then either. I said it was odd that they everything was booked three weeks out and then she admitted that they don’t actually have vehicles for loan. (Which also meant she fibbed initially which to me is a big deal. You need to trust the folk working on your car.). Also, having a loaner vehicle available is huge. The extra expense and more importantly time involved in getting a Lyft both ways is a huge negative when you’re a CEO of a company. I haven’t dealt with a dealership that doesn’t have loaner vehicles for at least 3 decades.. More
