It was a great experience. We spoke with Ed a few months ago and checked out the trucks on the lot. He called us back when there were two trucks that met our criteria. Easy check in but no communication after check in, I had a concern and was told they would do a visual but didn't give me any feedback when it was done just called up to window for signature and that's it,t a concern and was told they would do a visual but didn't give me any feedback when it was done just called up to window for signature and that's it,the rep had to call over my service rep to get answers.
