The Service Dept did not seem to want to work as a team, but rather would say (once I got someone on the phone) that 'your Customer Service person will call you back.' As a positive, the Corvette mechanic must be great - the car works wonderfully now. Apparently there must only be one though, because my car took a week to get back because he was working on other Corvette's. The idea of spending $4000 and not having my car for a week and not being offered a loaner, seems shortsighted on your dealerships' part. I am in the process of looking for a new Corvette and this was your missed opportunity. That did not leave a good taste in my mouth regarding your dealership. Regards, Randy More
