I took my Chevrolet Colorado diesel pickup, which I love, to Quality Chevrolet after an alert showed up about failing Tire Monitor System, which checks pressure in the tires. My husband had an appointment at 9am for oil change and tire rotation, and for the middle seat to be looked at, it will not move, I got a call after 3pm telling me the drivers side chair worked fine and I tire rotation, and for the middle seat to be looked at, it will not move, I got a call after 3pm telling me the drivers side chair worked fine and I had to let him know that is correct because the chair that had the issue was middle row, we then got a call 20 min later they would need to keep my car to diagnose the issue further. What was the point of a 9am appointment if my car wasn't going to be worked on until the afternoon, and also if service department is open until 5/6pm why at 330pm did they not have enough time to diagnose the problem with the vehicle so that once it was a warranty issue we could be issued a rental car. We have 1 family vehicle only; this dealership is 45 min away from our home, this car has had nothing but issues I will never purchase another Chevy again, car has been at dealership multiple times for multiple electrical issues, it should not take days to diagnose a vehicle More
