Dropped the car off on a Thursday about a window issue and was never contacted from the advisor . Called on Saturday to get an update and after 3 attempts to get ahold of someone was finally told some one and was never contacted from the advisor . We had to call again towards the end of the day on Saturday and were finally told a part was ordered and would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. More

Snodgrass. This is the third time I have asked to check the fluids. The coolant is still low as is the brake fluid. When I returned home the oil level was below full. I have also asked three times now to wash my truck. They have yet to get it right.
