Brought van in on a Monday morning 6 AM would not even check me in until 9 AM. Made me wait three hours before they were checking me in then took them four days to determine nothing wrong with transmissio check me in until 9 AM. Made me wait three hours before they were checking me in then took them four days to determine nothing wrong with transmission and to change the oil in the transmission. Call me I could pick up the van on Wednesday afternoon when I arrive. Service agent and service technician both took day off was not even able to get into the van to get parts out. No one could find the keys. Had to wait an extra day just to pick up the van Thursday afternoon. Then.on top of that charge me almost $600 to do nothing. Still having the same issue with transmission. More
