I have purchased many F-150's and F-250's from Quality Auto Mall over the years. Now that I'm a Gen-II Raptor owner I only trust the maintenance coordination to Carlos Santana ! Whether it's an interval service or just "The Works" oil change and full inspection. Carlos has always treated me like a very good friend rather than just another customer, and I am always impressed with his style of managing my maintenance services! That's why I purchased an extended maintenance plan with Ford when I purchased my Raptor and not a third party business for extended maintenance. Quality can perform a full interval service while I wait! Now that is impressive!!! More
Good Service, Cause of problem, defective seal The service we received was very good as well as the service person. The problem was a leak between the cowl and the body of the vehicle. Apparently, the seal was defective, and we were told that if this had occurred sooner, there would have been no charge for the service. Based on this, we feel we should have been notified by the manufacturer that this part was defective and should be repaired, as we had no way of knowing this until the car actually would not start. We had driven about four hours to look at the advertised Jeep, so it had been a long day already, but Chris Gerrity, our salesperson in the Pre-Owned Center of the dealership was quick to help us and was consistently friendly, honest and up-front as we negotiated pricing and offered us a very fair price for our trade-in. We had a pretty substantial down-payment, but when we ran into issues with the fund transfer due to it being a weekend, Robert Portee, the Finance Manager and Chris both worked diligently, even staying after hours to get the deal re-done so that we could drive home that day in our new vehicle, they saved us another 8 hours of driving and days of missed work! Thanks to the staff at Quality for a great buying experience, I would definitely return again. Thanks Chris and Rob!! More

After months of constantly reminding them, I still have not received either. I even called Ford corporate to see if they could help me. Rob Portay was supposed to be handling this and never did. After multiple calls, emails and voicemails I still have not heard back from him or received the items I paid for. Talk about horrible customer service. Don't purchase a car from here. AWFUL! More
