There are many positives about the buying experience, but unfortunately the one BIG NEGATIVE prevents me from giving them a rating higher than 1 star. The good? — Friendliness, good use of technology, free Car-fax report, optimized process to save time. 5-day return period. The bad? — They sold me a former rental van as a "non-smoking" vehicle when in reality it had been heavily smoked in. I knew about the rental part, not because the sales person told me, but because I actually read the Car-fax report. I took the van for a ride and it was great, no bad smells. Knowing however it had been a rental vehicle I asked about smoking, and I was told it was a "non-smoking" rental in its previous life, and that “all their vehicles were non-smoking.” Unknown to me was the fact that the smell had been masked, long enough (unfortunately) for the 5-day return period to pass, after which the nightmare began. 7 days after the purchase the smell started coming out, and I've been wrestling with it ever since. I don't want to bore you telling you about all the products and techniques I've tried to get rid of it, or the money I’ve spent, but I can say that none of them has been successful so far. I do, however, want to focus on a few important things. When I emailed Q-Auto about the smell a week after the purchase my emails were ignored, but every email prior to the purchase had been answered. I called the sales manager and told him I couldn't keep this vehicle and that they had given me false information at the time of the purchase, he assured me they only purchase non-smoking vehicles (I assume he meant the former rental vehicles, because while on the lot trying to find another van after he offered to trade me out of mine, the sales person pointed out that another van had been a smoker, which felt like a contradiction), I then assured him there was no way my van was a non-smoking, and that maybe they were given false information by the people they buy them from — he didn't argue. Of course, even if that was the case there is no way their detailing people didn't notice when they were cleaning it, someone certainly knew. He then asked me to stop by the dealership and he would help trade me out of the vehicle. I felt relieved, until I got there and found out it would cost me between $500-1000 to get this "help." The main point is that the manager was not seeing a situation that needed to be rectified after a customer was given false information about the vehicle, he was almost treating it as a new sales opportunity. He was nice about it, but working in the service industry for many years I know you need to make things right for a client when a certain expectation has been set. The manager explained there were costs associated with title work etc. to fix this situation, but why was I in this situation again? Because they gave me false information, which he was not owning up to. He said if it had been before the 5 day return period he could have just undone the whole deal, too bad the smell had been masked and didn’t come out earlier. The main point is instead of rectifying he was “helping.” So I took a look on their lot once again and all the other vans looked in worse shape than mine, I didn't know what to do since I had to buy another vehicle from Q-Auto so they could "help me." I just went home and decided to try to get rid of the smell which so far has been a loosing battle. Maybe it would have helped if I had walked into the dealership all up in arms and yelling and screaming instead of staying calm and keeping my composure, but I'm a minister and I just don't work that way. They should have taken the vehicle back and let me go buy another one somewhere else. I hope this review can help someone, and if anyone knows how to effectively remove cigarette smell please let me know. More

Was told different things by different people, drive around obtaining documents that they knew wouldn't work, instead the communication issues with their dealership cost me two weeks with no results. I bought a car from a local dealer (Rick's) for 1/3 the price with less mile. Don't wast your time with this unorganized mess. More

One of the managers, Leo, from the Fort Myers Q Auto called me back the next day immediately. and said they can bring the car from Brandon to Fort Myers for no cost. Once they brought the car down they made sure it was detailed and ready when I pulled in for my appointment. They treated me like a person rather then a customer, they made sure to answer all questions about the car, show many a Repair order of the vehicle. They did not try to BS me on anything and were very easy to talk to. On top of this, they did not pull any BS like I have dealt with at Fucilla or Galeano. Miguel was my the one who brought the car down, had it ready and even answered all my questions I had with no hesitation. If you go in I highly recommend you ask for Leo or Miguel to work with, they were just a pleasure to do business with and even when engaging in small talk as we waited for paper work. Q Auto also worked with me since I was still waiting on my Insurance check to come in, they worked through my situation and made it work and the same day I was test driving the car I ended up purchasing it. Had it for 2 weeks and love it and HIGHLY recommend Q Auto over Carmax, or any other dealership in the area. Again, ask for Leo or Miguel. Be aware they do not negotiate but they go by Kelly Blue Book pricing and make sure that it is good deal. The Challenger I was looking at was priced UNDER the price that Kelly Blue Book was listing. In the end even with dealer fees and interest (which was not ridiculous like Fucillo) it was still around same price the Kelly Blue Book listing, if not only slightly over. Highly recommend seeing their inventory yourself, they treat you much better then other places would. More

I arrive at Q auto and am quickly handed off to a sales agent I do not know. She informs me the vehicle Ive come to purchase is in the back torn apart awaiting parts and she offered to show me another. I drove 30+ miles with the kids as this is a limited and exciting event for our family. Q auto needs to replace Bob and focus on the customer.. .NO EXCUSES More
