Great experience until they disappeared! I had an absolutely amazing experience from salesmen, service department and GM. Aside from the same issue with a duplicate key, it was the best car I had an absolutely amazing experience from salesmen, service department and GM. Aside from the same issue with a duplicate key, it was the best car buying experience--new or used--that I ever had! Until....they disappeared! I drove by one day and late December and remember that it was time for an oil change. I had purchase the additional service contract so I figured while we were on vacation from work I would have the oil changed in the car because it was due. So the next day, I grabbed the coupon book and headed down to the dealership. They weren't there. No warning, no notice, no nothing just not there. When I called the number it gets automatically transferred to the dealership in Bradenton. By then I was a little frustrated and surprised and they passed me from person to person, put me on hold, transferred me back and forth and then eventually sent me to somebody who's voicemail connected and I left a message with my return phone number. Same thing happened three days later still never got a return phone call. Although both times they assured me they'd be happy to honor my service contract if I'd just drive the 2 hours to their dealership. Drive 2 hours for an oil change. Really???? How about a refund since you closed your dealership and 2 hours isn't reasonable for an oil change? How about you take some initiative and find a place that will honor the service contract? Like I said I loved the dealership, loved my experience, loved the GM and the sales people until they disappeared! Shame on them for not being more upfront about it. More

Need a new GM I purchased a car here in January of 2015... I was unsure about trading old car in, so they gave me one week to decide, which was not true. After telling me on the phone (4 days later) that the offer was still valid, and to bring in the car, I drove all the way there (approx 1 hour) and had a friend follow me to bring me home. The offer was NOT valid (girl on phone said bring car in for X amount, which was not true) Typical used car lot... A bigger problem I'm having with them is this. I was told by salesguy that I can have a second key made at no charge since they didn't have one available (car was used, but was assured not to worry, have it in about a week) A few weeks went by and I called back about the key. They give me this story about how I have to catch the guy who makes the keys, and he's very elusive, so good luck. The kid who works in service has 2 laptops, a tablet, and even a watch he can talk into, but he can't locate the guy who does their "Key jobs"... So, now it's almost been a year since I bought the car, and I have called 12 times about the key. It's actually kind of a joke now because I still call them just to hear the kid with all the devices tell me "I'm so sorry, I promise the key will be done next week"... Maybe he can look at one of his devices and tell me how long it's been since I've been waiting for the key... Don't you need my key in order to make a copy? (I could be wrong) or maybe just do what you said you were gonna do? I've decided to go to a more professional place for the key. It's been a year now, they're not gonna do it. This is what happens AFTER you purchase a car and leave. They totally want nothing to do with you. Lesson learned, don't buy a car if all the pieces are not present at time of purchase... More

All of their cars on the lot were detailed (you would be surprised how many used car stores have filthy cars on the lot that are for sale). I felt the overall experience was fine and realize that you can't blame the used car dealership if your car starts having numerous problems that happen to be (so far) all expensive fixes. I guess I should've listened to my entire family when they ALL told me NOT to buy a Chrysler. :) More

Outstanding Customer Service and quality vehicle Sam is by far the best car salesman I've ever encountered. No BS and no trying to push us into anything we did not want. He was patient but consistent Sam is by far the best car salesman I've ever encountered. No BS and no trying to push us into anything we did not want. He was patient but consistent. He called regularly and was respectful. And then we decided to buy a week after looking at the van and he actually rode out with me in the vehicle to my wife's work to get the finance paperwork signed as we had very limited time. I am thankful for his kindness and excellent service. The vehicle itself has been a god send in the month we have had it already. Keep up the great work Sam ! More
