The very best of all the service and dealerships, and this includes some very top award winning huge dealers, is Putnam Lexus. Period, Greg Dong has been perfect in his courtesy, knowledge, and willingness to get things done as needed along with several reminders and follow ups, not only before and after the service, but during. Kent did the same thing yesterday.
