From the moment I walked through the door I was met with friendliness and a sense of ease that felt more like visiting a friend than purchasing a car. I was asked if I had ever been there before, and when I replied that I hadn't, I was treated with a tour of the facility and introduced to several people working there. I came with an idea of what I wanted, but really just had it narrowed down to a few cars I was looking at. Jimmy provided me with the information I was seeking without making me feel as though I was being pushed into anything, rather simply directing me to exactly what it was I wanted. Once a decision was made, I was introduced to Tim, who was unlike any sales manager I've ever met. He seemed most focused on my experience, asked if I was satisfied with my selection, and whether or not I had any questions. I was most impressed by his friendly demeanor and the professionalism of his approach. The whole sales process was handled very well, a friend of mine had recommended the dealership, and I must say that my expectations were exceeded in every possible way. I never felt like their focus was on making the sale, rather, creating a customer experience that sold the place all on its own. I'll purchase my next car there and I recommend the place to everyone I know. More

The entire experience with Putnam Kia was excellant. The atmosphere in the dealership is very friendly. There is a knack for making someone feel like an old friend and the staff at Putnam Kia nailed it. I have already told many friends about my experience and a few may be going to the dealership to do business. dave was cool. alittle to laid back if you ask me. the sales manager did not know the finace and insurance part so that was a long 4hrs to figure it out, idiot. he told me quick too, did not happen. i bou sales manager did not know the finace and insurance part so that was a long 4hrs to figure it out, idiot. he told me quick too, did not happen. i bought the car to drive to fla that night so when i first walked in i told them that this needs to be quick. did not happen. the used car manager was very unprofessional. did not introduce himself, was butting into the dicussion. i finally said who is this guy and why is he bothering us. then when i was counting out the money he comes over and tries to grab it out of my hand. dave and i had it under control. so anyways because i am going to fla and back i want an oil change when i get back, so they schedule one. i get back no appointment. the service guy was great. sorry, we'll get you in, etc........ but still it was like an hr and a half to make that happen and no quick vaccumm. not even the windows washed. where are the extras? the personal service? that sets people apart. oh yeah so i go to fla tell all these guys i am going to relax and get away from all the business. so i am driving down and dave calls, thoughtfull, to make sure all is well. and it is. good car. i tell him thank you and i will see him in 2 weeks. just want to relax. so i get to fla, a couple days i get a phone call from the dealership something about plates. i say do i need to deal with now they said no i said cool i will see you when i get back and don't call again i want to relax. so a couple days i get a phone call from the dealership about how i like the car..like a verbal questionaire..by this point i was pissed told her all that had happened she said no note not to call till....i got back....anyways this is getting long and starting to aggrivate me all over again. the only thing that saved the deal was the price and i needed it right then. but i would rather PAY MORE TO GET REAL, PERSONAL, for ME, not for everyone, SERVICE. make me feel good.. so no i will not buy again from them and i will not buy this car again either. More
My first visit to Putnam Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep & Kia was back in October of 2006. I am honestly say that each visit since then has been a pleasant experience. I find the service at this dealership to be very good. I have been having my jeeps serviced there for over 3 years now. They take very good care of me and always accommodate me.
