We would recommend this dealership because everybody was friendly, Jason didn't pressure us and he took his time with us. When we did buy the car he went over everything in the car. I am completely not satisfied with the "sales" team of people who sold me the vehicle. Since my salesman was new I had more than 1 (which there were lots of eye rolls behind Peter's back from his team of people who sold me the vehicle. Since my salesman was new I had more than 1 (which there were lots of eye rolls behind Peter's back from his fellow sales reps which I found to be unprofessional). I was left to sit in your showroom from 10 AM until 5 PM (with a 45 minute break for lunch) None of the problems ie "time wasted factors" happened from my end. My credit was fine, the "haggle process" only lasted for 30 minutes. I'm dumbfounded by the colossal waste of time to leave your dealership at 5 PM on Friday and my new vehicle which had been moved multiple times however not cleaned. I personally had to inspect and install the privacy shade on the storage area, the radio antenna and found my un-attended my license plates which I brought outside to attach myself. (Luckily a kind gentleman, appeared with a power screwdriver to help) I wish I had caught his name since throughout my day he seemed to be the only person I came into contact with who had a sense of "get the job done". We first contacted Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia via email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a num email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a number of dealers on the same day. We said we were ready to buy if the price was right. (We had heard about Putnam through a stranger who was very happy with his purchase and experience.) Jimmy Rivera responded promptly to the email, and then was able to "sharpen the pencil" even more, and to our complete satisfaction. Jimmy agreed to stay at the dealership to wait for us to get there to sign on the dotted line and put down a deposit, even though he knew we would not arrive until after closing. (We live an hour away, and were in the middle of a snowstorm!) Upon our arrival, Mike Pillsbury greeted us immediately and wasted no time in offering us coffee, which he then brought to us. Even though we knew exactly what car we wanted and did not need to be sold on it, Jimmy and Mike Tallman took considerable time talking with us and answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. (After all, it was well past closing by this point.) In subsequent phone calls our questions were answered fully, or our calls were returned promptly. On the day we were to take delivery, all paperwork was ready and waiting. Mike Kavorkian was gracious and patient as we navigated the red tape involved in financing and taking ownership of the car. Rawls then secured the necessary tools to free up our stubbornly rusted license plate screws from the license plate frame of the car we were transferring the reg from. Jimmy spent all the time necessary familiarizing us with the intricate workings of the car and helped us sync our cell phones to the bluetooth system. And, last but not least, the "look" of the dealership was the most friendly and "homey" that we can recall. Just an all-around pleasant and painless experience. More
Fantastic is what I rate this dealership. Salesperson went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very patient and allowed me to ask all the silly questions I wanted and answered every one! He was very thorough when explaining all the details of my new car and very knowledgible too! I typically don't like dealing with sales people at all but Pete has earned my trust and changed my perspective. The finance consultant, Mike, was fantastic! He also made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. He was very personable and friendly and thorough explaining all the details of my purchase. He was very "real" and not just somebody who had a job to do. You could tell he loves what he does and he does it very well. He is definitely an asset to your company. The facility had a very comfortable and homey feel to it, I loved the tour and explanation about the antiques and the waiting room, which I never did get to sit in, had a feel like you were visiting with family.
