We had an incredible experience in purchasing our new Kia Optima at Putnam Kia. They embody what it means to offer great customer service. My Wife and I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few weeks and had gone to several other dealers before Putnam Kia. Each of these proved to have the sterotypical pushy and rude car salesmen or the inflated finance options making the vehicles obtainable after 10 years of payments. Neither of these were things we wanted. We were very clear on what we wanted and how we wanted the payments structure. We were also ok with a dealership being honest with us and saying, "it just can't be done." Putnam Kia listened to what we wanted in a car and went the extra mile to obtain the one we had fallen in love with at a dealer just days previous. Mike H. and Tim really fought to get us the vehicle we wanted and as quickly as possible. Once we got into the finance office with Mike K. It was even more of a breeze as he explained every option we had and laided all the information in front of us so we could pick the best rates and best options for us. I have a desire to really run through numbers and ensure everything is adding up correctly, which he had no issues with, expecially because a few previous dealers were missing money without explaination as to where it was going. Mike walked us through the entire procedure and really made sure we obtained the best deal possible. I would highly reccomend Putnam Kia and Kia cars to anyone and everyone I know. This is our second visit to Putnam for service, we had a recall on our new Charger, every thing went perfectly, they took us right in and with-in one hour the car was repaired and we were on our way.
