This was the most pleasant least pressured auto purchase I have ever experianced. All questions were answered we believe with complete honesty. Even after we thought we had decided on a vehicle we told the sales consultant we wanted to think about it over night and would return the next day. All were completely agreable and there was no pressure to close any deal at that time. When we returned the following day we asked to see and drive a different moddel and they abliged with absolutely no hesidency. We eventually spoke and delt with several individuals including the used vehicle manager, the sales manager, and the sales consultant. All were extreamly pleasant, offered advise in several areas, and appeared to be genually interested in helping us to make the decision with which we would be most satisfied. No pressure to purchase any particuler vehicle or moddel was ever evident. I believe we received a fair deal and excelent service from all, and equally excelent follow up and service from the service manager and his department. We will definately return and will and have already referred friendf relatives and associates. More

The car's price was within our budget, but the monthly payment options surprised us because apparently there was a misunderstanding about incentives and interest rates when we were negotiationg the car price. We expected it to be .9% with the incentives we received, but it actually was 2.9%. Otherwise, we were pleased with the car and the service we received.
