Great bunch of guys. Easy to work with. They actually had to source a truck for me and I ended up with a better truck and a better price than I expected. I tried all 3 American trucks (Chevy/GMC, Ram an had to source a truck for me and I ended up with a better truck and a better price than I expected. I tried all 3 American trucks (Chevy/GMC, Ram and Ford) and the RAM truck fit my need much more than the other two. For that matter I had gone to two other dealships as well. Look forward to working with these guys again on my next purchase. Hopefully I can point others to Putnam Chrysler! Regards, John More
I went to Putnam Chrysler to get my 2007 Jeep Wrangler recalls taken care of. Dropped my car off on Sunday night and left the keys in the key drop. Came home Monday afternoon and my car was waiting for me recalls taken care of. Dropped my car off on Sunday night and left the keys in the key drop. Came home Monday afternoon and my car was waiting for me with all of the issues corrected. A+ Dealer, would recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced with them. My favorite thing is that they will pick up or drop off my car anytime, anywhere! I don't need to search around to get a ride to the dealership. More

Pete made it very personal. He was non threatening and didn't push the deal on me. He really made it personal and knew what I wanted and didn't not try to persuade me into another car, knowing it was not didn't push the deal on me. We had a great experience purchasing our new Chrysler 300. Our sales person Scott Morrison was great to work with. We were given the maximum amount for our trade in. e two reasons for not being completely satisfied, the first and to me the most important the used Jeep I purchased did not come with two keys. So after buying the jeep, agreeing to payments and driving first and to me the most important the used Jeep I purchased did not come with two keys. So after buying the jeep, agreeing to payments and driving back and forth from Norwich to Putnam a few times, I had to pay an additional $160 for a spare key which in my opinion should come with every car used or new. I know this may seems like a small thing but it is an extra expense that I did not appreciate. The second item I was not happy with was that when speaking to Jason I was told I would be getting a rear hitch put on the jeep I was purchasing to fix a outstanding recall. This was again confirmed when I was signing the loan documents. Then a day later after signing everything, Jason informed me that he read the information incorrectly and I was not getting a rear hitch which is something my wife and I wanted on this vehicle.
