Thankful I am blown away by the customer service I received from Daniel Mullins. Not only was he very kind and understanding; he worked very hard to help me in I am blown away by the customer service I received from Daniel Mullins. Not only was he very kind and understanding; he worked very hard to help me in an incredibly stressful situation. He went above and beyond to keep me informed, as well as remained very patient as I had many questions. Never encountered an issue with service. Especially this time around, service was ever and beyond in capturing what was occurring and diagnosis. Always a great experience and great performed work. When we arrived at the Purvis service center to pick up our car there was no one at the service desk. A woman was standing just a few feet away and looked at us three times in about 5 mins but said nothing our car there was no one at the service desk. A woman was standing just a few feet away and looked at us three times in about 5 mins but said nothing. When I spoke up and asked if this was where you pick up your car she turned and said yes and she would be with us in a minute. Really, she couldn’t say right away that she would be right with us. And I pointed out to the rep when I dropped off the car that one tire was missing a stem cap and could they replace it. I asked three times before leaving the car. Yep, no cap on the stem when I got home. So for a 5 cent stem cap and lack of customer service I give Purvis a 1 Star rating. More
