DO NOT GET YOU SERVICE HERE POSITIVELY THE WORST TREATMENT EVER!! Your service department's communication with the customer is worst than terrible, I called 21+ times to get updated on the repair, TREATMENT EVER!! $100 to insert a break light bulb. Seriously - they charged me $100 to change a $3 break light bulb on the drivers side that takes literally 4 minutes. I changed the break light bulb on the passenger side the week before and it took me 4 minutes to open the access compartment, remove the old bulb, and insert the new bulb. Purvis used to be fair and reasonable. Not any more. I purchased 3 vehicles from them. Over $100k I've given them. Never again. I'm taking my business elsewhere and you should too. And I'm letting everyone know it. You don't charge good customers (any customers) $100 to change a $3 bulb that takes 4 minutes. That's just theft. They've lost my trust and you should definitely steer clear of them unless you want to get ripped off too. More

We have always had great experiences in particular with Kenny in Parts, and Tr Departments to be helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
